Shipping and Return Policy

1. Digital Delivery

Udy software is delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to download the software either from the Google Play Store (for mobile users) or from the Downloads page on our website.

2. No Physical Shipping

As our product is digital, there are no shipping charges, delivery times, or physical shipments involved.

3. Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital software, once the product has been downloaded or activated, we cannot offer refunds or returns. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

4. Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by:

• Sending a request to admin@udhyogi.in
• Managing your subscription directly in the Google Play Store
• Managing your subscription through PayPal

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or technical issues that prevent access to the software. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
