1. Digital Nature of Product

Udy provides digital software solutions. Once a product is downloaded, activated, or a subscription is confirmed, it is considered delivered and consumed. As such, refunds are generally not available.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment was made for the same subscription.
• Technical issues prevented access to the software despite valid payment.
• Unauthorized charges proven to be accidental or fraudulent.

3. Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by:

• Sending a request to admin@udhyogi.in
• Managing your subscription directly in the Google Play Store
• Managing your subscription through PayPal

4. Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
